OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS
All DIGITAL products are NON REFUNDABLE!
So we ask that your be very decisive and affirmative when making a digital purchase from our store.
For all other physical products, Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
We do not provide cash refunds.
ALL Returns are refunded via store credit.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal below!

Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.
Return shipping label?
At this time we do NOT offer shipping labels for Customers but we will incur the cost of the label and include it into your store credited refund.
Using return shipping labels is the recommended way to return your item as it provides you a way to track your return and receive your credit much more quickly than if you were to send your return back yourself.
